1.1. These General Regulations contain the conditions for access to and use of the theme parks located in Rome, Via Irina Alberti, snc (Castel Romano), known as Cinecittà World and Roma World (hereinafter, the “Park”).

1.2. The Park’s General Regulations consist of:

a) these General Terms and Conditions;

b) the “Accessibility Guide” (for guests with disabilities and/or specific needs, where applicable);

c) the rules relating to each attraction, set, and show within the Park (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Regulations”).

1.3.The Regulations form an integral and essential part of the contract between Cinecittà World S.p.A., with registered office at Via di Castel Romano 200, Rome, Tax Code, VAT Number and Rome Companies Register No. 13164451000 | REA RM 1427590 (hereinafter “CINECITTÀ WORLD”), and any persons who purchase an admission ticket or otherwise enter the Park (hereinafter the “Visitors” and individually the “Visitor”).

1.4.The contract between CINECITTÀ WORLD and the Visitors shall be deemed concluded when the Visitors purchase an admission ticket or otherwise enter the Park.

1.5.By purchasing an admission ticket or entering the Park, Visitors declare that they have fully read, understood, and accepted without reservation all provisions of the Regulations. They expressly undertake to comply with and ensure compliance by minors and/or persons lacking, wholly or partially, legal capacity for whom they are legally responsible and whom they accompany within the Park (hereinafter, the “Accompanied Third Parties”).

1.6.To benefit from promotions available at the Park ticket offices, visitors must register at the ticket counters (first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number).

1.7.CINECITTÀ WORLD grants free admission to persons with 100% or total disability and to minors, upon collection of a complimentary ticket at the ticket office. To obtain the complimentary ticket, valid documentation showing the required disability percentage, an identity document, and the presence of the ticket holder at the ticket office are required.

1.8.Children under 1 meter (3 ft 3 in) in height are admitted free of charge upon collection of a complimentary ticket at the ticket office. To obtain the complimentary ticket, the child must be presented at the ticket office for measurement and registration (first name, last name, date of birth, and a parent’s email address and mobile phone number).

2. General Provisions

Admission Ticket

2.1.Visitors acknowledge the Park’s opening and closing hours and understand that the admission ticket:

a) must be retained throughout the visit and shown in the event of a tax inspection;

b) cannot be refunded, in whole or in part, by CINECITTÀ WORLD once validated at the entrance turnstiles;

c) all attractions close 15 minutes before the Park’s closing time. Management reserves the right to bring forward or postpone the opening and/or closing times of attractions;

d) Management reserves the right to modify opening dates, schedules, and prices without prior notice.

Prohibitions

2.2.Visitors acknowledge that bringing dangerous items into the Park—whether harmful to themselves or others, disruptive to other Visitors, or damaging to CINECITTÀ WORLD property—is strictly prohibited. For security reasons, the Park reserves the right to carry out inspections and checks to prevent prohibited items from being brought inside.

The following are prohibited:

a) illegal substances and alcoholic beverages;

b) hard-sided coolers, insulated refrigerated containers, suitcases, and trolleys;

c) cans, glass items, and sharp objects;

d) chairs, sunbeds, tents, and parasols;

e) bicycles, scooters, skateboards, and similar vehicles, except strollers and wheelchairs used for transporting children or persons with disabilities;

f) megaphones and musical instruments of any kind;

g) barbecues and portable stoves;

h) weapons of any kind or any object considered dangerous;

i) inflatable boats and air mattresses (except those for infants);

l) carts and pull-along wagons;

m) bulky objects.

Visitors are therefore required to store bags, helmets, and similar items in the lockers located before the entrance turnstiles.

2.3.Visitors acknowledge that:

a) Pets are welcome. However:

b) Park shows are repeated at scheduled intervals according to timetables published by CINECITTÀ WORLD.

c) Entry to theaters and sets is not permitted once a show has started.

d) Certain attractions and services are available only by reservation or for an additional fee.

3. Safety Regulations

3.1.To safeguard their own safety and that of others, Visitors declare:

a) that they have not omitted any information from CINECITTÀ WORLD regarding their own or their Accompanied Third Parties’ physical or mental condition that could affect accessibility to or use of the Park, its attractions, sets, or shows;

b) that they have reviewed the Park map and know the locations of assembly points, evacuation routes, emergency exits, and medical stations as indicated by Park signage;

c) that they have understood and accepted without reservation all safety measures adopted by CINECITTÀ WORLD and all access restrictions relating to attractions, sets, and shows (including height requirements or the requirement of an accompanying adult), as indicated at the Park entrance and at each attraction, set, or show. They expressly undertake, for themselves and any Accompanied Third Parties, to:

3.2.Without prejudice to the above, Visitors undertake to assess responsibly and with common sense whether each attraction, set, or show is suitable for their own physical or mental condition or that of any Accompanied Third Parties.

3.3.Each Visitor assumes full civil, criminal, and administrative liability for any damage caused to CINECITTÀ WORLD, themselves, Accompanied Third Parties, or other persons resulting from:

a) inaccurate or incomplete information regarding their own or an Accompanied Third Party’s physical or mental condition;

b) failure by themselves or Accompanied Third Parties to comply with Section 3.1(c);

and agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless CINECITTÀ WORLD from any related claims, actions, demands, or proceedings.

 

4. Use of Images

4.1. Visitors consent in advance to the use by CINECITTÀ WORLD of their image (and that of any Accompanied Third Parties) captured inside or near the Park through video recordings, photographs (including group photos), or any other recording method. Such images may be used through any communication or dissemination medium (including newspapers, magazines, brochures, the internet, television, etc.) for communication, informational, advertising, commercial, or branding purposes relating to CINECITTÀ WORLD or the Park, without limitation as to time, territory, or medium.

4.2. Visitors expressly acknowledge that they shall receive no compensation for such use of their image or that of Accompanied Third Parties and waive any objection or claim relating to such use by CINECITTÀ WORLD.

4.3. With particular regard to photographs and videos taken on attractions, Visitors also consent to the use of their image (and that of Accompanied Third Parties) together with images of other Visitors for any communication, informational, advertising, commercial, or branding purpose relating to CINECITTÀ WORLD or the Park. Visitors expressly release CINECITTÀ WORLD from liability regarding any use that other Visitors may make of those images.

 

5. Video Surveillance

Visitors acknowledge that CINECITTÀ WORLD operates a video surveillance system within the Park solely for security purposes and the protection of persons and company assets. The processing of Visitors’ personal data (including collection, recording, storage, and use of images) is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Italian Data Protection Authority’s provisions on video surveillance and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

 

6. Liability, Indemnity and Disclaimer

6.1. Each Visitor assumes full civil, criminal, and administrative responsibility for any damage caused to property or persons (including CINECITTÀ WORLD, themselves, Accompanied Third Parties, or third parties) arising from their own failure—or that of Accompanied Third Parties—to comply with these Regulations, and agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless CINECITTÀ WORLD from any related claim, action, or demand.

6.2. Each Visitor expressly releases CINECITTÀ WORLD and its staff from liability for any theft suffered within the Park by the Visitor or any Accompanied Third Parties.

6.3. Without prejudice to cases of strict liability imposed by law, each Visitor expressly releases CINECITTÀ WORLD and its staff from liability for any accidents suffered within the Park by the Visitor or any Accompanied Third Parties.

 

7. Publication of the Regulations

These Regulations are made available through:

a) information boards at the Park entrance;

b) informational materials available at the Park ticket offices;

c) the Park’s website.

 

8. Communications

Any communications relating to the contract with CINECITTÀ WORLD may be sent by Visitors via certified email (PEC) or fax to:

9. Assignment Prohibition

Visitors expressly acknowledge that the contract concluded with CINECITTÀ WORLD, and the rights arising therefrom, may not be assigned to third parties, either wholly or partially.

 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. The contract between CINECITTÀ WORLD and the Visitors is governed by Italian law.

10.2. Subject to any mandatory legal provisions, any dispute concerning the validity, effectiveness, interpretation, or performance of the contract between CINECITTÀ WORLD and the Visitors shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.

 

Pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, each party declares that it has read, understood, and expressly accepted the provisions of this Agreement and, in particular, the Visitor declares that they have read, understood, and expressly accepted the provisions of:
